You get a fully functioning system on day one.

None. That's the whole point. We build and manage the technology for you. Once it's set up, you use a simple app on your phone to send messages, view conversations, and see what's happening. If you can send a text message, you can use this.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the labor to build your account, but there's never a cancellation penalty.

Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to paying month to month. You're billed once per year upfront. The setup fee is the same either way.

Mass texting is included in Growth and Premier plans. Your plan includes a generous monthly message allowance. For very large congregations sending high volumes, there may be small carrier pass-through costs — we'll discuss this during your onboarding call based on your congregation size.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Most churches start on Starter to get the core in place, then move to Growth once they see how their congregation responds.
