Simple pricing for churches serious about follow-up.
No tiers, no feature gates, no guessing which plan has the thing you actually need. One price, every workflow, and a team that builds and operates it with you.
The Plan
Church Engagement
Automated follow-up with accountability — built, run, and reported for your church.
$299/month
+ $999 one-time onboarding — waived with a founding church agreement (see right). We show it as waived rather than calling setup "free," because the build work is real.
Everything included
First-time guest follow-up — same-day, Tuesday and Saturday touches
Prayer requests — captured, routed, remembered and followed up
Pastoral care routing — to an authorized person, tracked to completion
Volunteer recruitment — YES replies, scheduling and confirmations
Small groups, baptism & next steps routing
Events, church announcements & two-way texting
Automated workflows & keywords
5,000 SMS segments per month
Setup, support & monthly reporting
What's a segment? Carriers bill texts in segments, not messages: a standard text is one segment, but longer texts and picture messages (MMS) can count as two or more. If you go past 5,000 in a month, additional segments are $25 per 1,000 — no surprise jumps, no forced plan upgrade.
Limited to a small number of Southwest Ohio churches.
What the $999 onboarding actually covers
We'd rather show you the receipt than pretend setup is free. Before your church sends its first message, our team does all of this — built, tested, and trained:
Twilio & subaccount configuration
A2P 10DLC carrier registration
Phone number provisioning
Platform build for your church
Contact import
Staff accounts & routing setup
Keywords, triggers & workflows
Message copywriting in your voice
Compliance & consent language
End-to-end testing
Branding, forms & QR codes
Staff training
The alternative isn't cheaper. It's just scattered.
Most churches that try to solve follow-up end up assembling it from parts — and paying for it in subscriptions, glue, and staff hours.
Assembling it yourself
Planning Center for the database
A texting tool for messages
Mailchimp for email
A form builder for sign-ups
Zapier to wire it together
A CRM to track people
Twilio to carry the texts
A website that collects questions
A staff member chasing every follow-up by hand
Nine subscriptions and systems — and the follow-up still depends on somebody's memory.
Christ Unites
One system, built for your church
Every workflow in one place
Staff routing with accountability
A human team that operates it with you
One Monday-morning report that tells you who needs attention
Keep Planning Center if you use it — we're the engagement layer on top, not a migration.

Common Questions
What exactly is an SMS segment?
Carriers bill text messages in segments rather than per message: a standard text is one segment, but longer texts and picture messages (MMS) can count as two or more. Your plan includes 5,000 segments per month, which comfortably covers most congregations. Beyond that, additional segments are $25 per 1,000 — we'll show you your usage in the monthly report so nothing surprises you.
Why is there a $999 onboarding fee?
Because the build is real work: Twilio and subaccount configuration, A2P 10DLC carrier registration, number provisioning, the platform build, contact import, staff setup, keywords, triggers, workflows, message copywriting, compliance language, testing, branding, forms, QR codes and training. Founding churches get it waived with the founding agreement — we'd rather waive an honest number than advertise "free setup" that's quietly baked into the monthly price.
Do I need any tech experience to use this?
None. That's the whole point. We build and operate the system with you. Once it's running, you use a simple app on your phone to see conversations and the Monday report — and a real person stays in your corner after launch.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts — cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Founding churches also have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, and there's never a cancellation penalty.
Will there be a cheaper self-serve option?
We expect to eventually split the offering into a self-serve Platform plan (around $199) and the fully Managed service (around $399). Founding churches keep their locked $249 rate for the full 12 months regardless of what changes — locking early is the hedge.
