Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Christ Unites Messaging is available on major U.S. carriers; delivery depends on your carrier's network and may not be supported on all carriers or networks.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers and subcontractors who help us operate the messaging service, such as our CRM and messaging platform and telecommunications carriers.

How to opt in: you opt in by checking an unchecked, optional consent checkbox on one of our web forms (for example, when scheduling a call or completing onboarding) — checking it is never a condition of submitting the form or purchasing. The consent language reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Christ Unites at the number provided about my pilot application, scheduled demos, and account setup. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Your consent record — the timestamp, the page you were on, and the exact consent language you saw — is stored with your submission.

How to opt back in after STOP: reply START to the same number, or submit one of our web forms again and check the consent box.
